Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been formulated to define the situations under which Xantel Corporation Private Limited will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Xantel Corporation Private Limited in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Coverage & Scope

Our refund policy covers the refund by XantelCorp.com and/or a website owned and managed by Xantel Corporation Private Limited.

This policy does not apply for companies which are not owned and controlled by Xantel Corporation Private Limited or for persons nor employed with Xantel Corporation Private Limited. This includes any third party software/applications or services bound by contract and also any third party websites.

 

Filing a refund request

At Xantel Corporation Private Limited, we believe in the development of quality end products and/or services. We believe that every effort should be made to reach a resolution which is acceptable by both the client and company (Xantel Corporation Private Limited), whenever there is a dissatisfaction relating to the product or services. Only when there is no mutual consent on the required product or services, a refund request must be initiated.

Our aim is to provide a mutually acceptable solution. However, even after the provided resolution, the client is not satisfied, we request you to write to us on team@xantelcorp.com and provide us a chance for a final dialogue before requesting a refund.

Only after we are unable to come to a mutual resolution, a refund claim be filed.

 

Eligibility for Refund

At Xantel Corporation, every project is important for us and we make sure that it is handled in a purely professional manner. Our aim is to provide a product/service as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, despite our efforts in providing the same, client is not satisfied with the results and choses to proceed with dispute resolution, we consider refund requests as per the following for relevant service as per the details below:

(a) Full Refund: In case when the project has not been started. The refund will be processed only for the amount, not exceeding, the amount paid by the client for the project. The refund process will take upto 180 days.

(b) Partial Refund: In case, we are unable to deliver the required functionalities and/or services as per the proposal, partial refund can be processed in proportion to the work completed.

(c) No Refunds: If the client changes the requirements or if the project has not been completed by our team in the stipulated time frame.

Please note that working hours does not include the time spent due to unavailability of resources, inputs or material from the client end.

(d) In case of services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management and Digital Marketing, refund will be processed on the basis of work completed at the time of receiving of cancellation of services email from the client.

If the required information for successful implementation or development of services is either not provided by the client and/or is incomplete, a refund shall not be processed.

 

Mode of Refund

Refunds, if accepted, will be processed only via banking channels i.e. by cheque or bank transfer or wire transfer to the source bank account only. In case of companies, payment will not be refunded to account of any individual, whether he/she is an employee or director of the company.

 

Xantel Corporation, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice, reserves the right to amend/cancel/modify this policy from time to time. Client is therefore request to review the refund policy periodically. Your continued use of Xantel Corporation Private Limited services automatically implies your acceptance of the amendments of the same thereof.

All claims for refunds must be communicated only through email to team@xantelcorp.com. No verbal communication will stand valid.
